Arriving to Budapest
By taxi: After arrival to Budapest at Liszt Ferenc International Airport in Budapest, you should take official airport taxis. For any taxi ride within Budapest, it is strongly recommended to use officially authorized taxis: Estimated taxi fare: 35-40 EUR (one way).
By shuttle minibus: At the airport, you may also take the minibus. The fixed price for the Airport Minibus Service is about 25 EUR (return ticket is 32 EUR), which will take you to any destination in Budapest and also pick you up at your hotel for your return flight.
Public transportation: Public transportation between the airport and the hotels/congress venue is less expensive (3 Euro for a one-way trip) but also less convenient, with at least 3-4 transfers.
The registration desk is to be found on the ground level of the Danubius Health Spa Resort Margitsziget Budapest.

All Congress materials will be available at the registration desk at the congress venue during the conference.
Registration fee for participants includes: name badge, congress bag, access to all scientific programs of Congress, program and abstract book, welcome reception on Thursday evening, lunch on Thursday and Friday, Banquet dinner on Friday, coffee and soft drink tickets.
Registration fee for accompanying persons includes: welcome reception on Thursday evening, Banquet dinner on Friday, English speaking guided sight-seeing tour on Friday.
Lectures, abstracts, posters
Technical Information for Posters: Maximum height of the poster: 120 cm. Maximum width of the poster: 90 cm. ISO 216 size A0 in a Portrait format. The text, illustrations etc. should be large enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet). People who received an EADPH travel grant should acknowledge this on their poster.
Further details: Posters should be a single sheet made from paper, thin cardboard, fabric or other suitable material. Heavy poster materials may be difficult to keep in position on the poster boards. Please use the reference number of your abstract / poster in the upper left corner of your poster. It is also recommended that you place a small photograph of the presenting author in the upper right corner of your poster.
Poster Mounting: Material for mounting will be available in the poster area. Poster presenters are advised to provide handouts for interested delegates, A4 copies of posters have previously been popular. There is sufficient time and room for all posters to be displayed during the conference. The mounting time is on Thursday, 29th September 2016 before 12.00 hours. Posters can be removed on Saturday, 1st October after 12:00 hours.
Poster Viewing / Discussions: There will be two poster sessions on Friday from 14:00 until 17:00. For each presentation 5 minutes maximum for an oral presentation of the main results and a few minutes for discussion. Please bring only 2 or 3 Microsoft PowerPoint slides on a USB flash drive or CD; on one slide present the main aims and materials/methods and on the second slide the results and conclusions. Please DO NOT copy your poster onto the slides because no one will be able to read the text in the parallel sessions. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE THE SIZE OF LETTERS AND NUMBERS LARGE ENOUGH TO READ.
All registered delegates and accompanying persons are required to wear a congress name badge when attending sessions and social events. Admission tickets for the additional programs, social events are handed over at the registration desk.
Coffee Breaks: Refreshments and coffee will be served in the ‘Jázmin-room’ during breaks. Tickets are handed over at the registration.
Lunch: Lunch will be served in the restaurant of the hotel during lunch breaks. Tickets are handed over at the registration.
Certification of Attendance
The Certificate of Attendance will be available at the registration desk on the last day of the Meeting.
The organizers do not accept any responsibility for injuries/damages or losses sustained by persons or personal belongings during the congress. Participants are strongly advised to carry appropriate travelling and health insurance.
Free Wi-Fi access will be available by the congress center.
There is a closed parking area on Margitsziget, with limited capacity. The parking fee is to be paid individually. Please choose by arrival (you are allowed to come to Margitsziget ONLY from Árpád-híd direction, while it is a restricted territory, property) the HOTEL button for providing discounted rates for car parking.
